When we set out to create the “In the Sack” concept, three key considerations were forefront in our mind:
- Who else can deliver dinner for two, the perfectly paired bottle of wine AND saline solution so your girlfriend can take her contacts out at your place?
- Typically great service in our industry is limited to the usual suspects: waiters and bartenders. But we hire and train our drivers to be more than just a method of transport. Instead, we focus on ensuring our customers are getting great service from the moment you open our app to when you see our smiling faces at your door.
- Even though we have a storefront, delivery has always been our main focus. But most other brick-and-mortar liquor stores only added delivery as an afterthought. Or just because they want to be like us.
Oh, and we don’t make you pay that pesky $5 delivery fee.
